Program Overview
Blackford Capital offers two internship programs designed to prepare students for careers in private equity through hands-on work on real projects.
Our internship programs are available in the Spring and Fall semesters on a part time basis, and in the Summer as a full time position. Hours and compensation vary depending on the program and position type. All of our internships are in-person opportunities, we do not offer remote internships at this time. Both programs are open to college sophomores, juniors and seniors. View our individual program pages for specific scheduling and qualification information.
Internship Schedule
Spring: January-April (Part Time)
Summer: May-August (Full Time)
Fall: September-December (Part Time)
Deal Team
Junior Analyst
As a Junior Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our investment and operational teams on projects including deal sourcing, portfolio company governance, deal execution, and comprehensive due diligence.

Investor Relations
Junior Analyst
The IR department spearheads activities such as database management, client services, LP sourcing, communications, marketing, and event planning for our firm. As an IR Intern, you will collaborate with the investment team, accounting team and organizational leaders to achieve our strategic objectives.
